Real estate agents and teams
A real estate website built around your local knowledge
What matters
What your website should do for you
Local knowledge on display
Neighbourhood guides covering schools, amenities and housing types help buyers and show sellers you know the area.
Clear seller and buyer paths
Sellers want a valuation conversation; buyers want search and guidance. Each needs its own route.
Listings from approved sources
Listing data has licensing rules. Use an approved feed or your brokerage's tools rather than copying listings by hand.
Pages your site could have
A starting point. We plan the final pages around your content.

- Your market, team and paths for buyers and sellers
- Neighbourhoods
- Guides for the areas you serve
- Listings
- From an approved feed or a link to your brokerage search

- Buying
- Your process and guides
- Team and contact
- Profiles and enquiries

A fictional example
Moving from an old site
Before
A two-agent team uses a template site that looks the same as every other agent's, with neighbourhood pages that only show listing grids.
The move
We rebuild on Replit with written neighbourhood guides and buyer and seller paths, connecting listings through an approved feed provider where the team has access.
After
The team publishes guides and market notes through Replit Agent and hands larger updates to us.
What we will ask you for

Questions
Common questions
Can you show MLS listings?
Listing display depends on your board membership and feed access. We integrate with an approved feed or link to your brokerage search, as separately scoped work.
Can I write my own market updates?
Yes. Describe the update to Replit Agent or send it to us, then review and publish. Statistics should cite their source.
How is this different from property management?
Agent sites focus on buying and selling. Property management sites serve owners and tenants of rented properties.
