Form plugins
Forms that deliver every enquiry, without another plugin
What they typically handle
Form plugins typically provide a form builder, field validation, spam protection, email notifications, stored entries and connections to email marketing or CRM tools.
If a form collects consent to send commercial email, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation applies to how that consent is requested and recorded.[1]
On a rebuilt site
Stored first, then emailed
Each submission is saved to the site's database with a reference number before the email notification is sent. If the email fails, the enquiry is still there and can be resent.
Fields that fit the enquiry
Quote, booking request and contact forms ask only for what you need to respond, which keeps forms shorter and data collection lower.
Spam protection
Hidden fields, timing checks and rate limits filter most automated spam without making visitors solve puzzles.
Changes in plain language
To add a field or change where notifications go, you describe it to Replit Agent, for example: "Add a required postal code field to the quote form", then check the preview and publish.
What we ask you first
- Which forms does the site have today, and where do submissions go?
- Do any forms feed a CRM, mailing list or booking system?
- How long do you keep enquiries, and who can see them?
- Do forms collect sensitive information, such as health or financial details?
Questions
Common questions
Can I see past submissions?
Yes. Submissions are stored, and you can view them in a private area of the site or export them as a spreadsheet.
Can forms send to my CRM?
Yes. Established CRMs and mailing services have APIs, so new enquiries can go straight into yours. We include the connection in your quote.
What about sensitive information?
Health, legal and financial details come with extra privacy rules. We build the form to meet them, with encrypted storage and limited access, or connect the specialist intake system you already use.
