Coaches and trainers
A coaching website that makes your programs easy to say yes to
What matters
What your website should do for you
Programs with clear edges
Each program should say who it is for, the format, duration, what is included and how to start. Vague offers attract poor-fit enquiries.
Proof you can stand behind
Testimonials only with written permission, credentials you can verify, and no promised outcomes. Careful buyers notice exaggeration.
Fresh dates and cohorts
Workshops and group programs have start dates, capacity and early registration windows that change often.
Resources that show how you think
Articles, worksheets or short videos give prospective clients a sense of your approach before they book a call.
Pages your site could have
A starting point. We plan the final pages around your content.
- Home
- Who you help, the change you work on and the next step
- Programs
- One section per program with format, duration and what is included
- About
- Background, credentials and your approach
- Resources
- Articles, worksheets and recordings
- Workshops
- Upcoming group sessions and corporate training
- Book a call
- Link to your scheduling tool and what the first conversation covers
Features you can add

Upcoming dates with registration links to your existing ticketing or payment tool.
Permitted testimonials
Quotes shown only with written permission, attributed as the client agreed.
Resource library Larger addition, quoted separately
Downloadable worksheets and articles, optionally gated by your newsletter provider.
In your own words
Changes you could ask for
Request 01
“Add a new eight-week leadership cohort starting 10 February, $1,200, with registration through my Stripe payment link.”
Request 02
“Take the career transition program off the website but keep its page available for existing clients at the same address.”
Request 03
“Add this testimonial from Dana K., who approved it by email on 4 March.”
A fictional example
Moving from an old site
Before
An executive coach runs a Kajabi site built for courses she no longer sells, while her main business is now one-to-one coaching and team workshops.
The move
We rebuild a lighter marketing site on Replit focused on coaching and workshops, link to the course platform only for the remaining products, and redirect the old sales pages.
After
The coach adds workshop dates through Replit Agent and sends larger launches to us.
What we will ask you for
- Program descriptions with format, duration and pricing you choose to publish
- Credentials and certifications you can document
- Testimonials with written permission
- Your scheduling and payment links
Works with tools you already use
- Scheduling tools such as Calendly, Cal.com or Acuity
- Payments and registrations through Stripe Payment Links, Eventbrite or your current platform
- Newsletter sign-up through your existing email provider
Questions
Common questions
Can I sell programs directly on the website?
Yes. We connect the payment or registration tool you already use, or build checkout into the site.
What about health or fitness claims?
Describe what you offer, your approach and your qualifications in plain terms. Specific, credible detail persuades careful buyers more than promises do.
Do I need a new site for every program?
No. Programs share one template on one site, so each new offer is a page you can create by describing it to Replit Agent.
