An HVAC website that keeps up with the seasons
What matters
What your website should do for you
Seasonal priorities
The home page should lead with what customers need this month, whether that is furnace maintenance or AC installation.
Explaining options, not just selling units
Customers compare furnaces, heat pumps and air conditioners. Plain explanations of options and what affects cost help them make decisions.
Maintenance plans
If you sell maintenance agreements, the site should explain what is included and how to sign up.
Pages your site could have
A starting point. We plan the final pages around your content.
- Home
- Seasonal priority, service area and request buttons
- Heating
- Furnaces, boilers and heat pumps: installation and repair
- Cooling
- Air conditioning and heat pump cooling
- Maintenance plans
- What is included, frequency and how to join
- Rebates and financing
- Programs you participate in, with links to official program pages
- Request service
- Repair, maintenance or installation estimate
Features you can add
Seasonal home page modules
Swap the leading message between heating and cooling seasons with one request.
Service request form
Separate options for repair, maintenance and new installation, with equipment age and type.
Rebate information with sources
Program summaries that link to the official program page and show the date checked.
Equipment comparison guide Larger addition, quoted separately
An educational comparison of system types with stated assumptions rather than prices.
In your own words
Changes you could ask for
Request 01
“Switch the home page to cooling season: lead with AC tune-ups and installation, move furnace content lower.”
Request 02
“The provincial heat pump rebate has closed. Remove it from the rebates page and add a note that it ended on 30 September.”
Request 03
“Add Okotoks to our service area and note that installations there have a travel fee.”
A fictional example
Moving from an old site
Before
An HVAC company still advertises a summer rebate that ended last year, because changing the banner requires their old web agency.
The move
We rebuild on Replit with seasonal modules and a sourced rebates page, keep their existing scheduling software link, and redirect old service URLs.
After
The office switches seasonal content through Replit Agent and sends larger updates to us.

Questions
Common questions
Can we show prices for installations?
You can, but many HVAC companies prefer ranges with clear assumptions, because the right system depends on the home. We can build an educational estimator as enhanced work.
How do we keep rebate information accurate?
Each rebate summary links to the official program and records when it was checked. When a program changes, ask Replit Agent to update or remove it.
Is this different from the plumbers page?
Yes. HVAC is driven by seasons, equipment choices and maintenance plans, while plumbing sites focus on urgent repairs and service areas.
