Plumbers
A plumbing website that answers the questions before the phone rings
What matters
What your website should do for you
Service areas that match where you work
List the communities you actually serve. When you add a crew or stop travelling to a town, the site should change the same day.
Separate urgent and planned work
Someone with a burst pipe and someone planning a bathroom renovation need different routes: a phone number in one case, a quote form with photos in the other.
Proof from real jobs
Photos of your own work, with the customer's permission, show the quality and type of jobs you take on better than stock images.
Pages your site could have
A starting point. We plan the final pages around your content.
- Home
- Main services, service area, phone number and quote request
- Services
- Repairs, drains, water heaters, renovations and commercial work, as applicable
- Service areas
- Communities served and any travel conditions
- Recent work
- Project photos with short descriptions
- Request a quote
- Job type, location, timing and photos
Features you can add
Quote form with job details
Asks for job type, address area, timing and optional photos, so you can price or triage before calling back.
Click-to-call on mobile
A visible phone button for urgent work on every page.
Project gallery
Before and after photos you add by sending them to Replit Agent with a one-line description.
Licence and insurance details
Shown as you supply them, so customers can check them.
Scoped job estimator Larger addition, quoted separately
A simple range estimator for standard jobs such as water heater replacement, with stated assumptions.
In your own words
Changes you could ask for
Request 01
“Add Chestermere and Langdon to our service areas and remove Strathmore.”
Request 02
“Add these four photos of the basement rough-in in Auburn Bay to recent work, with a one-line description.”
Request 03
“We are booked out for renovations until March. Add a note to the renovations section, but keep repairs open.”
A fictional example
Moving from an old site
Before
A three-van plumbing company has a site built years ago by a relative, with a contact form that nobody is sure still works.
The move
We rebuild the site on Replit with clear services and service areas, a quote form that is stored and emailed reliably, and redirects from old page addresses.
After
The owner updates photos and areas through Replit Agent, or forwards them to us under a management agreement.
What we will ask you for
- Services you want to be found for
- Communities you serve
- Photos of your own work, with customer permission where homes are identifiable
- Licence, insurance and association details you hold
Works with tools you already use
- Links to field-service and booking software such as Jobber or Housecall Pro
- Google Business Profile links and review links
- Financing provider links if you offer financing
Questions
Common questions
Will the website get me more calls?
A clear, fast website with the right service and area pages makes you easier to find and easier to call: a phone button on every page, and the details customers check before they ring.
Can customers book a time directly?
Yes. We embed the booking software you already use, such as Jobber or Housecall Pro, or build booking into the site.
How is this different from the contractors page?
Plumbing work is often urgent and service-area driven. General contractors sell larger planned projects with longer decision times, so their sites lean on galleries and estimates.
