Medical and dental clinics
The hours, services and booking link patients look for, kept current
What matters
What your website should do for you
Accurate hours and closures
Holiday hours, practitioner absences and unexpected closures need to be published quickly by the people who know about them.
Services explained without overpromising
Patients want to know what a service involves and who provides it. Descriptions should be factual and avoid claims about outcomes.
Access information
Parking, transit, wheelchair access and what to bring to a first appointment reduce missed and late appointments.
Booking through the right system
Appointments and patient records belong in your clinic management or booking platform, linked clearly from every page.
Pages your site could have
A starting point. We plan the final pages around your content.
- Home
- Services, new-patient status, today's hours and booking
- Services
- One section or page per service, in plain language
- Our team
- Practitioners and their areas of practice
- New patients
- What to bring, forms, coverage and billing information
- Location and hours
- Map, parking, transit, accessibility and holiday hours
- Book
- Link to the booking platform and phone details
Features you can add
Hours with holiday overrides
Regular hours plus dated exceptions, so a holiday closure does not require rewriting the schedule.
Clinic notice banner
A banner for urgent changes such as weather closures or phone outages.
Service pages
Plain-language descriptions with the practitioners who provide each service.
Booking platform integration
Links or embeds from your existing system, such as Jane, Dentrix Ascend or your provincial EMR's booking tool.
Multi-location structure Larger addition, quoted separately
Separate hours, teams and booking links for each location of a growing clinic group.
In your own words

Request 03
“Add Invisalign consultations to the orthodontic services page, with the description from the attached document.”
A fictional example
Moving from an old site
Before
A dental clinic's website lists hours from before a schedule change, and the only person who can edit it is an agency that charges for each update.
The move
We rebuild the site on Replit with structured hours, services and team sections, keep the existing booking platform, and redirect old service page addresses that appear in search results.
After
Front-desk staff post hours and notices through Replit Agent. The clinic can also send updates to us under a management agreement.
What we will ask you for
- Service descriptions reviewed by the responsible practitioners
- Practitioner names, credentials and photos, with consent
- Regular and holiday hours, location and accessibility details
- The booking platform link and any new-patient forms
Works with tools you already use
- Online booking from your existing clinic management system
- Downloadable forms, or links to secure digital forms your system provides
- Map and directions embeds
Questions
Common questions
Can patients fill in medical forms on the website?
Yes. We link to the secure forms in your clinic management system, or build secure forms into the site with encrypted storage and limited access.
Can staff change hours without calling you?
Yes. Staff describe the change to Replit Agent, check the preview and publish. If you prefer, we can make updates for you.
Do you build sites for physiotherapy, chiropractic and other allied health clinics?
Yes. The structure suits most clinics that need services, practitioners, hours and booking. Therapy and counselling practices have their own page because their visitors have different needs.
